This is a photo of a doll that was completely handmade by myself and Dreux Priore
This doll appears in the November 09 Issue of Doll Reader Magazine.
The doll was made by myself and Dreux of [link] made the clothes, the runway set was made by the both of us and ended up being approximately 6 feet deep and 6 feet wide (big dolls need BIG sets, lol)
The photography is by me..
To make my dolls, I make the original doll sculpt in Super Sculpey, from my original sculpture i pull silicone molds and cast in a custom resin mix, i then drill my parts hollow and string with elastic (my dolls are completely poseable) i sand down the seams then i use ground up pastels to paint on the makeups. the wig i made by synthetic mohair fabric
