This fellow was one of the 3 new doll sculpts i finished for my display at IDEX
Naming my dolls has always been an issue with me, Its not that I have anything against naming dolls but simply that i am TERRIBLE at coming up with names for them. Usually if one of my dolls ends up with a name it was only because it was given to him by one of my friends. :^) I did his original sculpt in Super Sculpey, from my original sculpture i pull silicone molds and cast in a custom resin mix, i then drill my parts hollow and string with elastic (my dolls are completely poseable) i sand down the seams then i use ground up pastels to paint on the makeups. I made his wig from synthetic fur. His clothes are made by Dreux Priore. |
